This is the prototype puppet for my animation project, To Dream... (Name may possibly change)

I'm still going to work on Dark Tea, but I'm thinking of changing over to this idea as my MA final film project. Several people have been confused as to what I mean by a sort of cut out animation.

my main concern with doing a cut out animation is that my eye for detail is a bit poor, so I'd be worried about the limbs drifting away from the body. So I decided to use paper fasteners to keep the limbs in their sockets. I plan to hide these with small bits of fur.

The reason I've made the puppet from fake fur (and a little felt) is because I want the animation to be full of different textures. I though if my main character is going to be a wolf, then he needs to have the textures of one.

Feedback is welcome on the prototype. (but please no comments on leg size on his 4 paw stance, I already know and have a way of dealing with that).
